NinjaPvP is a free-to-play browser game operated by Ninjutsu Games ("we", "us"). This page explains what data the game processes, why, and the choices you have. NinjaPvP is intended for players aged 13 and over.
Data we process
- Account data. A game profile (player id, display name, level, unlocks, match history) stored with our backend provider, brainCloud. If you sign in with a third-party account (such as Discord or Google), we receive your basic identity (id, name, email where you grant it) from that provider to create or link your profile — we never receive your password.
- Gameplay and device telemetry. Anonymous session, performance, and gameplay events (via ByteBrew) used to fix bugs, balance the game, and understand feature usage.
- Purchases. Payments are processed by Xsolla, our merchant of record. We never see or store your card details; we receive only order confirmations needed to deliver items. See the Xsolla privacy policy.
- Chat. In-game chat messages pass through our backend with automated profanity filtering and may be reviewed for moderation and abuse prevention.
Waitlist and website analytics
If you choose to join the launch waitlist, we send your email address to Resend, our email delivery provider, so we can send the signup confirmation and the launch notification you requested. We may also send an internal notification to our team when a new address joins. We do not sell waitlist addresses or use them for unrelated marketing. Resend processes email addresses and message metadata under its privacy policy.
After signup, your browser stores a subscribed flag — not your email address — so it can remember that this device already joined the waitlist.
We use Vercel Web Analytics for anonymous, aggregate page-view and interaction statistics. Vercel Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies and does not associate its analytics data with an identifiable visitor. See Vercel's privacy and compliance documentation.
Advertising
When you play NinjaPvP on our own site, optional and interstitial video ads may be served by Google AdSense (H5 Games Ads). Google and its partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads; where required (for example in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland) a consent dialog is shown before any personalized advertising, and you can decline. Rewarded ads are always opt-in — you choose to watch them in exchange for in-game rewards.
When you play NinjaPvP on a third-party game portal (such as CrazyGames), advertising on that page is operated by the portal under its own privacy policy.
Children
NinjaPvP is not directed at children under 13. Where our age screen identifies a restricted session, advertising is disabled entirely and social features are limited.
Data retention and deletion
Profile data is retained while your account is active. You can request access to or deletion of your account data at any time — contact us and we will action it within 30 days.
A waitlist email is retained until the launch notification is sent or you ask us to remove it. To withdraw from the waitlist or request deletion, email support@ninjutsugames.com.
