Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NinjaPvP (the "Game"), operated by Ninjutsu Games ("we", "us"). By creating an account or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Game with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping any sign-in credentials secure. You may sign in with a third-party provider (such as Discord or Google); their terms also apply to that sign-in. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account, and do not use another player's account without permission.
3. Acceptable use
When using the Game you agree not to:
- cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software, bots, or automation that affects gameplay or other players;
- harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other players, or post unlawful, hateful, or infringing content in chat or display names;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Game or its servers;
- buy, sell, or exchange accounts, virtual items, or currency outside the Game's own systems.
We may moderate content, suspend features, or restrict accounts that violate these rules.
4. Virtual items and purchases
The Game may offer virtual currency and cosmetic items. These have no real-world monetary value, are licensed to you for use within the Game only, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Purchases are processed by our merchant of record, Xsolla. Except where required by applicable law, purchases are final and non-refundable. We may add, change, or remove items and their pricing, and we do not guarantee the continued availability of any item.
5. Rewarded ads
The Game may offer optional rewarded advertisements you can choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards. Watching ads is always voluntary; rewards are subject to availability and daily limits and may be withheld where abuse is detected.
6. User content
You retain your rights to content you submit (such as chat messages and display names), and you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and moderate that content as needed to operate the Game. You are responsible for the content you submit.
7. Intellectual property
The Game, including its code, art, characters, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for your own entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8. Availability and changes
The Game is provided as an evolving, live service. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, the Game, or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date; continued play after changes means you accept them.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to comply with the law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
